Jackson Distillers will build and operate a new grain whisky distillery in the Scottish Borders with capacity to produce 20m litres of pure alcohol (“LPA”) each year. It will be the only distillery in the region producing single grain whisky and, unlike malt whisky distilleries, it will be revenue generating and profitable from Day 1 of production
